Russell Schultz was a green horn to construction when he first set feet on site. Unaware of his future in construction, Russell knew the only way to succeed was through hard work and an open mind. Russell has become a critical element, helping out the club as a reliable apprentice carpenter. Russell enjoys American horse power in his off time, as he can be seen cruising in this Dodge Challenger. He is a man of tattoos and integrity, backed by a good work ethic.

Jesse Jean started with AJD Builders in 2017. Her inter-office skills have helped the company stay organized, profitable, and scheduled. In a world of hard men, rough attitudes, and long days, Jesse's ability to whip us into shape keeps all the gears greased. We are lucky to have such a lady on board with us men. Hobbies include horseback riding/training/roping, yoga, gardening, and cooking.

Karlin Taylor is one hell of a builder. He enjoys his solitude and hates to have his picture taken — hence the hand draw picture he provided for his website photo. A natural born curmudgeon, problem solver, and lover of Budweiser and smokes, along with a no tolerance work ethic, Karlin is not to be underestimated. This man will run lead point building the home of your dreams and delivering extraordinarily high-end custom work.

Chris Greisen is an excellent carpenter, quick to solve problems and always looking for the silver lining. He seems to always have a smile on his face and his positive attitude helps the day along with hard work and as many laughs. When he’s not framing your home, you might be able to find Christopher Robin laid up on a riverbank with a rod and reel. An avid fisherman and hunter, Chris is also a captain of an Alaskan fishing boat. Be sure to say hello to him on site, or good luck trying to find him in the mountains, somewhere between Alaska and Nevada on the weekends!!!

Brian Rodgers came on board with limited experience and advanced years, he is usually ready with a quick one liner to bring some levity to a situation and tries to make sure the coffee is always ready for the guys in the morning. Brian’s puppy Josie will likely greet you with a wag that takes over her entire body but don’t be fooled by her sweet greeting, she will steal your lunch if you’re not careful. When Brian is not trying to keep up with the boys at work he is trying to keep up with his 3 young sons at home. In his spare time you’ll likely find him on his Harley avoiding thick lines on the road map or on a golf course.
